What can we, as planners and designers, do to ensure the safety and inclusion of visitors to and staff of our cultural buildings now, in the short-term, and in the future? Efforts must intensify to amplify voices within our richly varied society that have been suppressed and marginalized by institutional and systemic racism. How can we use our design talents to create environments that make it easier for BIPOC voices to be heard?
